Yesterday I went to a local park（Otsukayama Park大塚山公園) with my husband and sons. It is about 10 minutes by bicycle from my house.
When we arrived before noon, the park was empty. Although not shown in the photo, there are also slides, swings, and other playground equipment.
For lunch, we went to a convenience store near the park to buy food and snacks.
The rice crackers (soft saladソフトサラダ) in the photo is a popular product in Japan and are sold at convenience stores and supermarkets. My sons also love it.
When I go out on holidays, I often use convenience stores to buy lunch.
For dinner today, we grilled Wagyu beef for the main course. Other dishes are potatoes, Pasta tossed with mayonnaise (a favorite of my husband and son), edamame, salad, rice, miso soup, and fried bread. For the fried bread, I fried the leftover bread ears with potatoes and sprinkled a little sugar on them. It is crunchy and delicious. My sons enjoyed eating it.
