Last night, the anime (遊郭編yukaku-hen) of Kimetsu no Yaiba was on TV, and I watched it with my sons.
The manga is good, but the images are amazing.
Especially, the speed and reality of the scenes where they fight demons were amazing.
My oldest son loves the manga and watches it over and over again.
In the daytime, I went to see my father and mother who live nearby (about 15 minutes by bicycle). My father doesn’t seem to go out much these days. I am worried about him, not so much because of his physical condition, but because I feel that his motivation is declining.
In Japan, my father’s generation was particularly busy with work, and because they worked all the time, there seems to be a certain number of people who, after retirement, have few hobbies or friends and stay at home. Of course, it depends on the person.
I remember a old TV commercial for a nutritional drink with the song “Can you fight for 24 hours ?” It seems strange now, but those were the days when it was considered normal.
Well, I simply boiled buckwheat(Soba蕎麦） for dinner. I also had chicken and vegetables. Buckwheat(Soba蕎麦）is a traditional Japanese food, and my whole family loves it. It takes only 4 to 5 minutes to boil, so I often make it when I don’t have much time.
