I am an employee of a financial company, and there are days when I come to work and days when I work remotely. On days when I work remotely, I either have lunch at home like this or go out to eat at a nearby restaurant.
私は金融系の会社の会社員ですが、出社する日とリモートワークの日があり、リモートワークの日はこんな感じで家でランチを取るか、近所の店へ外食に行きます。
Now, I believe that many people in Japan suffer from hay fever this time of year.
さて、日本のこの時期は花粉症に悩まされる人が多いと思います。
Last year, the amount of pollen was once in 10 years, and my sons also developed hay fever.My son and I went to the hospital today to get some medicine before the pollen starts flying in earnest again this year.
昨年は10年に一度の花粉の多さで、息子達も花粉症を発症してしまいました。今年も花粉が沢山飛び始める前にと思い、今日病院へ行き薬をもらいました。
Over-the-counter medicines for hay fever are available, but in Japan, it is cheaper to go to a hospital for medication.
市販でも花粉症の薬は売っていますが、日本では病院へ行く方が薬は安いです。
We went to the pediatrician/allergist that my sons usually see. It is about a 5 minute bike ride from my house.
私たちは息子達がいつも診てもらっている小児科・アレルギー科の病院へ行きました。家から自転車で5分位の場所です。
The hospital gave us a prescription for a month’s worth of oral medication and eye drops.
