Today, my family and I went to see cherry blossoms at a riverside in Hamura City.
In Japan, eating and drinking while viewing cherry blossoms is called “hanami”.
The cherry blossoms seen beyond the tulips are beautiful.
After enjoying the cherry blossoms, we went home and went shopping at a nearby supermarket by bicycle. I bought the following food items. This is enough for about three days.
Prices are rising in Japan, but it is not that big a burden.
As for food, I think it is an increase of 2-3 thousand yen per month.

The total was 6,968 yen including consumption tax.Converted to dollars at today’s rate(1$=132yen), that would be about $53.
